Transform FAQ
Who delivers this?
Sarvanx FZ-LLC is the contracting party and invoice issuer for the assessment pilot.
Will AI decide who to hire or fire?
No. Transform is advisory. It classifies tasks and plans capability transitions; it never makes automatic employment, hiring, ranking or salary decisions.
Is my data used to train models?
No. We work from what you provide for the engagement; confidential content is not used for training and provider access is off by default.
How is ROI presented?
Always with source, assumptions and a confidence band — directional figures, never invented precision.
