How the free check works
The check runs entirely from a fixed catalog of common mid-market tasks and simple keyword rules — no AI model is called and nothing you type leaves your browser. It uses the same report structure as the paid Workforce Transformation Assessment, which replaces default bands with your real process data, adds skill-gap and transition paths, and is reviewed by a human before delivery.
