There's a version of AI recruiting that ends with the machine sending the offer. We're not building that one.
Automation is not the goal
It's tempting to measure an AI recruiter by how much of the process it removes a human from. But hiring is a decision about people, made by people, with consequences for people. The value isn't in taking humans out of the loop — it's in giving them a far better loop to work in.
Control as a design principle
So we built human approval into the spine of the product, not bolted on at the end. Meridian observes the market, prepares the evidence, drafts the outreach and assembles the shortlist. But the last, decisive move — the introduction, the message, the yes — is always a person's. Nothing leaves the building on autopilot.
AI-supported, human-decided. That line isn't marketing — it's the architecture.
The result is a system you can actually trust with your name and your candidates: fast where speed helps, deliberate where it matters.
