Partner-owned client
You bring the client and manage the relationship in your private workspace.
Turn what you know about companies, roles and people into a recruiting business — whether you are an independent recruiter, a sole trader or an agency.
Create a private client record and keep contacts, notes, calls and tasks together.
Define the role and choose whether it is partner-owned, Meridian-led or software-only.
Verified partners search only people who have chosen to be discoverable.
Record a consent-backed submission on your desk. Client presentation remains unavailable until client-specific consent exists.
You bring the client and manage the relationship in your private workspace.
Work a mandate and put forward talent only when a valid consent basis exists.
Use the desk for your own business and contract with your client outside Meridian.
Registration, your client list, mandates and consented candidate submissions work. Talent search opens after a person at Meridian verifies you, and that verification is done by hand — there is no self-service route yet. Commission records are evidence-led: a pipeline stage or indicative split creates no earnings. A commission appears only after Meridian has recorded an accepted contract, a human-recorded placement and the matching paid invoice. “Paid out” appears only after a payout provider confirms it. Automated contract signing and payout execution are not self-service in this Beta.
We would rather tell you this before you bring a client than after.
This is not a database of everybody. Search opens after partner verification and includes only talent who chose to be found. Withdrawal takes effect on the next search, and every view is recorded.
The desk is available in Beta. Commercial terms are accepted individually. A commission is recorded only after a human-recorded placement and paid invoice; payout is shown only when a provider confirms it.
